Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Registration & Compliance (U.S.) As a facility producing dietary supplements (like gummies with vitamins), our establishment is compliant with the FDA’s Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA).

NSF GMP certification is a third-party certification from the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) that verifies a manufacturing facility adheres to strict quality and safety standards for producing products like dietary supplements, cosmetics, and over-the-counter (OTC) drugs. This certification, which includes an ongoing auditing process, confirms that the facility follows the U.S. FDA's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements, ensuring products are consistently manufactured, packaged, and stored according to those standards.

Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Food Safety, Hemp Food Establishment permit licensing issued to bottled water plants, food processing plants, food storage warehouses and other food establishments that manufacture, process, pack, hold or prepare food for sale or distribution to other businesses.

Kosher certification for religious dietary markets (typically sufficient for Halal purposes). 

cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) as required by the FDA pursuant to 21 CFR Part 111 in the U.S. to ensure manufacturing processes meet safety and hygiene standards. 

HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) implementation by creating systematic approach to identify and control potential hazards in food production. 

Internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) covering hygiene, equipment cleaning, allergen control, batch testing, etc. forming the foundation of GMP/HACCP compliance. 

Food Protection Manager Certification as a credential demonstrating a professional's advanced knowledge of food safety principles and practices, required by Florida law for managers in food service establishments.
