Refund policy

1. Overview

We strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges for purchases made through our store.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.

2. Custom and Personalized Orders

All custom or personalized orders are final sale and non-refundable.  Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and processing has begun.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details—such as size, design, personalization text, and color—prior to submission. Any errors in the information provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

3. Standard (Non-Custom) Products

For eligible, non-customized products, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging; and Proof of purchase is provided.

Once the return is approved and received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at [your email address] within 48 hours of delivery.  Please include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will investigate the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.  If a refund is approved, only the cost of the product will be refunded.
